DNA PC STRAND PRODUCTION FACILITY
The DNA PC Strand Production Facility was established in 2019 by Yazıcı Iron & Steel Industry and Tourism Trade Inc. under the umbrella of Diler Holding on an enclosed area of 18,000 m² in Kocaeli Dilovası. At our facility, we produce prestressed concrete strand in diameters ranging from 9.30 mm to 17.80 mm and prestressed concrete wire in diameters ranging from 3 mm to 9.40 mm. Our products are supplied in bar or coil form, in compliance with high quality standards and tailored to specific customer requirements.
Our facility manufactures prestressed concrete strand for applications requiring high structural strength, such as bridge beams, prefabricated reinforced concrete systems, and ground anchors. In addition, we provide reliable solutions through the production of prestressed concrete wire for a wide range of applications, from railway sleepers to pile and beam systems for soil stabilization, from high-pressure resistant pipe systems to other critical engineering projects. We place environmental responsibility at the center of our production approach. Through our acid recovery systems, reverse osmosis technology, and solar energy infrastructure, we adopt sustainable production as a fundamental principle. With our modern production line and continuous technological investments, we operate with a strong sense of environmental responsibility and aim to contribute both to today’s needs and to the well-being of future generations.
Through the acid recovery systems and solar energy infrastructure installed at our factory, we conduct an environmentally responsible production process. We attach great importance to sustainability and reflect our environmental responsibility at every stage of production.
In the first stage of our production process, the wire rod raw material supplied from within Diler Holding is subjected to surface cleaning and phosphate coating. Our surface treatment facility, with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons, operates under full automation control. To ensure process continuity and homogeneity, regular samples are taken from all treatment baths, and the process is monitored in real time. Through our integrated acid recovery unit, we recover the acid used in the process and also produce iron sulfate. During the cold wire drawing stage, phosphate-coated wire rods are subjected to cold deformation in order to achieve the high strength properties required for prestressed concrete wire and strand. The drawn wires are stored under suitable conditions in preparation for subsequent processing.
In prestressed concrete strand production, seven drawn coils are loaded into the stranding machine, where six outer wires and one center wire are stranded together to form the rope configuration. By applying tension under controlled temperature conditions, the product is given a low relaxation property. In line with customer requirements, the product is formed into coils of appropriate lengths and weights and packaged with care. In prestressed concrete wire production, low relaxation properties are also achieved through controlled temperature and tension applications. The product is manufactured in bar or coil form, with either indented or smooth surface, according to customer specifications. In particular, cut-to-length processes are carried out with a precision of 0.1%.
All finished products are carefully prepared in our packaging unit using special packaging papers. Our products are protected against corrosion, prepared for shipment, and stored in suitable stock areas. Quality is prioritized at every stage of our operations. In our modern quality control laboratory, product quality is continuously monitored using state-of-the-art equipment, and our products are secured with internationally recognized certifications.
