Yazıcı Iron & Steel was established in Karabük.

1954

Diler Iron & Steel: A rolling mill investment was made in Karabük and production commenced. 

1978

• Diler Iron & Steel: A steel plant and bar rolling mill were commissioned in Dilovası, Gebze.
• The facility, situated on a total area of 108,000 m2, commenced operations with a closed area of 63,500 m2. 

1984

1984 Diler Foreign Trade Inc. was established to carry out export-oriented activities.

1987

Diler Maritime Industry and Trade Inc. was established.

1993

• Yazıcı Iron & Steel: A steel plant and bar rolling mill were commissioned in the Sarıseki region of İskenderun.
• The facility, situated on a total area of 500,000 m2, was constructed with a closed area of 70,000 m2.

1998

Diler Investment Bank was established.

2002

Tourism operations were initiated with the Cornelia investment in Belek, Antalya.

2005

Diler Electricity Generation Inc. was established.

2010

The DIM Hydroelectric Power Plant was commissioned in Antalya. 

2014

Atlas Energy Generation Inc. İskenderun Thermal Power Plant was commissioned .

2016

The modernization of Diler Iron & Steel Wire Rod Rolling Mill was completed.

2018

Bell-Type Wire Rod Annealing Furnaces were commissioned.

2019

DNA PC Strand was established within Diler Holding.

2022

The Recep Sami Yazıcı Product Development Center was established within Diler Holding.

2024

Diler Iron & Steel Sivas Solar Power Plant was commissioned.
