At our Product Development Center, we conduct improvement studies across a broad product portfolio and develop applications aimed at increasing process efficiency. By utilizing advanced technologies, we carry out in-depth analyses on different materials and continuously strengthen quality and innovation.
Industry-Leading Research and Development Activities
The SEM (Scanning Electron Microscobe) Laboratory, located within the Product Development Center, performs advanced microstructural analyses for a wide range of products in the iron and steel industry. With its high equipment capacity, this infrastructure ranks among the most advanced systems in Türkiye and enables detailed characterization at micro and nano scales through EDS (Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy) and EBSD (Electron Backscatter Diffraction) detectors. We analyze fracture surfaces in products such as billets, wire rod, cold drawn wire, and PC strand, as well as in the applications where these materials are used. We determine the root cause of damage and conduct elemental distribution mapping and phase analyses with precision. Through this advanced technology, we clearly reveal critical microstructural information not only at the surface level but also within the internal structure of steels, enabling us to evaluate all factors affecting product performance through a scientific approach. By analyzing the material’s internal structure at a fundamental level, we provide our customers with high quality, reliability, and technical support while creating added value for their production processes.
Diler Iron and Steel Quality Control Laboratory is founded on excellence in quality processes. Systematic inspections integrated into steel plant operations ensure high standards at every stage of production. Raw material inputs undergo comprehensive control procedures, and we perform detailed chemical analyses on liquid and solid steel samples during the control process. We meticulously examine the geometric dimensions and surface quality of the square steel billets we produce. In our rolling mill operations, we test samples taken from products in a laboratory environment to ensure full compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards for each product. In line with our customer-focused approach, we develop tailored solutions for each project and maintain a people-oriented production philosophy.

Yazıcı products are manufactured in full compliance with numerous national and international standards, including TS 708, DIN 488, ASTM A 615, JIS G 3112, BS 4449, AFNOR, UNE, LNEC, ELOT, and ISO 6935-2. Through flexible production solutions tailored to specific customer requirements, we provide project-specific products manufactured to high quality standards.

We offer 7-wire prestressed concrete strand for safe use across a wide range of applications, from bridge beams and reinforced concrete prefabricated structural elements to silo manufacturing and ground anchoring systems. Prestressed concrete wire stands out for its high performance, particularly in railway sleeper manufacturing. Manufactured in compliance with ASTM, EN, BS, and other applicable national standards, these products are supplied to the market in both coil and rod form. With plain and indented surface options, we provide flexible solutions to meet diverse application requirements.
Through mechanical and structural tests conducted in our quality laboratory, we verify the strength, ductility, and surface properties of each wire, maintaining our consistent quality approach across every production batch.
Our laboratory, with its analysis infrastructure in line with international standards, carries out coal, water, oil, gypsum and ash analyses in compliance with national standards. We fully implement the requirements of TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 and prioritize reliability and traceability across our measurement, analysis and reporting processes.
Accredited by TÜRKAK in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 and holding the Environmental Measurement and Analysis Competency Certificate issued by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, our laboratory integrates modern analytical equipment with a team of expert chemists and engineers. With this holistic quality approach, we deliver comprehensive analysis services that enhance operational efficiency and support the sustainable performance objectives of our business partners.
