Diler Holding ranks among Türkiye’s leading organizations with its total production capacity in the energy sector. Through the Dim Hydroelectric Power Plant in Antalya with an installed capacity of 38 MW and the imported coal-fired thermal power plant in İskenderun with an installed capacity of 1,260 MW, we generate approximately 10 billion kWh of electricity annually, meeting around 4% of the country’s electricity demand. In line with our commitment to providing sustainable solutions to Türkiye’s growing energy needs, we continue to strengthen our energy investments through Atlas Energy Imported Coal-Fired Thermal Power Plant and Diler Electric Antalya Dim Hydroelectric Power Plant. Through our highly efficient power plants, we continue to make strong contributions to energy supply security and economic growth.

Trade  

Diler Holding conducts the trading of electricity generated at its power generation facilities through a comprehensive and diversified strategy. A portion of the electricity generated at our power plants is traded in organized and spot markets operated under the supervision of EPİAŞ, including the Day-Ahead Market, the Intraday Market, and the Electricity Futures Market. We supply Base Load Energy to wholesale and retail companies that do not have generation facilities and maintain a strong position in the energy market. We offer electricity under the most competitive conditions to consumers who exceed the eligible consumer threshold and have the right to choose their supplier, while developing tailored solutions for end consumers. In addition, we fulfill our Primary Frequency Control (PFC) obligations and, by assuming these obligations on behalf of other generation facilities, contribute to system balance and the sustainability of electricity quality. Through our diversified strength in energy trading, we provide effective solutions that address both today’s needs and the future dynamics of the energy market.

Operating since 2014, our power plant meets approximately 4% of Türkiye’s electricity demand with an installed capacity of 1,260 MWe, consisting of two units of 630 MWe each. With its strategic location and high production capacity, it ranks among Türkiye’s most significant power generation facilities.

Constructed with state-of-the-art technology, our power plant is operated in full compliance with nationally and internationally recognized technical and environmental standards. It has the capacity to transmit an annual average of 10 billion kWh of electricity to the national transmission grid in an environmentally responsible, uninterrupted, reliable, and high-quality manner.

With a production capacity capable of meeting the daily energy needs of approximately 2.5 million people, we strengthen Türkiye’s energy supply security and deliver sustainable and lasting contributions.

Diler Electric

Diler Electric Generation Inc. - Dim Dam and Hydroelectric Power Plant (HPP)

Located on the Dim Stream in the Alanya district of Antalya, our power plant operates as the fifth largest power plant in Antalya with an installed capacity of 38.25 MWe. Operating within the scope of renewable energy generation, Dim Dam and Hydroelectric Power Plant produces an average of 100 million kWh of electricity annually, meeting the daily energy needs of approximately 31,000 people.

Diler Iron and Steel – Sivas Solar Power Plant (GES)

Our unlicensed Solar Power Plant with an installed capacity of 25 MWp, commissioned in April 2024, generates electricity to meet the energy needs of our Diler Demir Çelik facilities located in Dilovası. Through this production from renewable energy sources, we ensure the secure supply of our facility’s energy requirements while making tangible contributions to environmental sustainability.

Incorporated in 2014 under Diler Holding to operate in the field of electricity trading, Diler Elektrik Tedarik Toptan Satış A.Ş. develops long-term, trust-based, and sustainable collaborations through its deep sector experience in energy markets, strong risk management approach, and customer-oriented business model.

With a portfolio reaching an annual trading volume of 2 million MWh, we provide our customers with uninterrupted, competitively priced, and high-quality energy supply, while delivering value-added solutions that optimize energy costs and adapt to market dynamics. Yazıcı Iron and Steel likewise plans to commission its unlicensed Solar Power Plant production facilities, currently under development in Afyonkarahisar and Ankara, with a total installed capacity of 110 MWp, within 2026.
