Diler Iron & Steel has once again successfully completed its traditional Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Week events, held annually in May, with enthusiastic participation this year. Over the course of the four-day program, approximately 800 employees actively engaged in various initiatives designed to strengthen the company’s safety culture.
The event schedule was carefully planned to enhance OHS awareness and reinforce safe workplace behaviors, offering a diverse range of activities—from training sessions to interactive entertainment. Highlights of the program included:
🔹 Safety Knowledge Competition: A fiercely contested quiz featuring 31 teams combined learning with excitement. Finalists were awarded trophies and gift vouchers.
🔹 Safety Wheel of Fortune: Open to all employees, this engaging game rewarded participants who successfully spun the wheel with surprise prizes.
🔹 VR Safety Training: Employees experienced Diler-specific risk scenarios through virtual reality simulations, deepening their awareness of potential workplace hazards.
🔹 Supplier Exhibits: On-site booths showcased the latest in personal protective equipment (PPE) and industry-specific safety solutions.
All OHS Week initiatives contributed to elevating employee awareness and embedding health and safety as an integral part of our corporate culture. We extend our gratitude to all participating employees and reaffirm our commitment to advancing a safer, healthier, and more sustainable work environment.
